Claims Activity and Disposition Report

A detail of claims and hearings activity will be provided identifying all claims processed by name, Social Security Number, separation reason and the current status of the claim. Claim liability will be included as well as the amounts that have been non-charged.  This report is generally distributed on a quarterly basis to coincide with the Benefit Charge Statement issued by the state.  It is, however, available on a monthly basis and annually serving as a long-term overview of claims and hearings activity.  


Tax Status

Since State Unemployment Tax rates change each year, a report will be made explaining the current year’s tax exposure.  This report will include any recommended tax remedies as well as any anticipated tax law changes.  This will include any changes in reporting requirements, wage exclusions and taxable wage base changes.


Service Letters

 
Impending legislation and precedent rulings can affect ongoing business practices.  Any changes will be brought to the attention of your management for appropriate action and procedural changes.  All areas of employer funded payroll taxes will be addressed and recommendations made to reduce or minimize your tax liabilities.
